Edna Karr and American Heritage will reportedly play in the Caesars Superdome

NEW ORLEANS — The week two battle between Edna Karr and American Heritage (Fla.) will reportedly be played in the Caesars Superdome.

The matchup between two of the best high school football programs in the country was originally set to take place at Behrman Stadium.

A recent top-25 MaxPreps.com poll listed the Cougars as the No. 15 team in the country and American Heritage at No. 8.

They will meet on Friday, September 12th, at the Superdome.

The dome was the site of Edna Karr’s 53-8 win over Alexandria in the Division I Select state championship.

It was the Cougars’ fifth state title under head coach Brice Brown.
