Water main break in Salt Lake City, intersection flooded
SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — A water main break has occurred in Salt Lake City, according to the Dept. of Public Utilities. The public is asked to avoid the area at this time.
The break occurred at the intersection of 3300 South and 700 East. Both westbound lanes of 3300 South at 800 East are closed.
“Break is flooding the intersection and shutting down multiple travel lanes,” the department posted on social media. “Please find an alternate route if possible.”
