BLYTHE TOWNSHIP – A New York man was cited after state troopers say he was speeding when he rolled a tractor trailer carrying construction debris earlier this week.
The crash happened around 2pm August 11 on Burma Road.
Jose Manuel Garcia-Bueno, 50, of New York City, had to be freed from the truck and was taken to a Pottsville hospital for treatment of minor injuries, according to State Police at Frackville.
Troopers said he was driving a 2015 International tractor trailer with a trailer fully-loaded with construction debris. Garcia-Bueno was driving too fast when the truck rolled over, blocking the road.
He was cited for his role in the crash, troopers said.
