When will Jersey Mike’s and Chuy’s open in Abilene?

ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – Abilene is currently anticipating two national restaurant chains to open locations locally.

Jersey Mike’s subs and Chuy’s Tex-mex are both bringing their first-ever locations in Abilene and both are expected to be open for business soon.

Chuy’s, which is located outside the Mall of Abilene on the 4100 block of S Clack, looks like it could open any day, and although an official date has not been released, store employees told KTAB and KRBC it’s set to open in September, which is also what Google maps states.

Rumor also has it that Jersey Mike’s, located by PetCo and Mooyah’s Burgers on the 3500 block of S Clack Street, will be open next month as well.

Facebook page ‘Abilene: It’s Getting Better’ has also teased the store’s opening date as “next month”

Both the Chuy’s and Jersey Mike’s website list their Abilene locations as “coming soon”.
