ALEXANDRIA, La. (WNTZ) – Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 31-year-old man reported missing in Alexandria.
According to the Alexandria Police Department, Sammie Sewell III was last seen around Aug. 9. He is described as a Black male, 6 feet tall and weighing about 200 pounds.

Detectives said the case remains under investigation.
