BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The Baker Police Department is looking for a mother and child duo on Thursday.
According to BPD, Jaylynn Shampine, 19, and her 3-month-old son, Kendell Anderson, have been missing since Aug. 11.
Police say she was last seen leaving home around 7:30 a.m. on foot, with nothing but her child, near the 5800 block of Lavey Lane.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of the two is urged to contact the Baker Police Department at 225-775-6000.
