ALEXANDRIA, Va. (DC News Now) — The Alexandria Police Department (APD) said a man was arrested for multiple indecent exposure incidents.
APD said the incidents spanned several months in the Del Ray, Rosemont and North Ridge neighborhoods.
On Aug. 12, the suspect and known sex offender, 29-year-old Marc Westbrooks, was arrested, APD said.
He was charged with four counts of indecent exposure and six counts of simulated masturbation with the intent to be seen.
The investigation is still active.
