Officers responded to the 1200 block of North Main Street for reports that a driver had lost control of a Nissan Skyline GTR and crashed into porch along with multiple cars on May 11, around 8:17 p.m.
The passenger of the GTR was severely injured and taken OSF St. Anthony with multiple burns.
Five days later, Illinois State Police sent authorities lab reports that showed Wienke had THC in his system on the day of the crash.
He is charged with a aggravated DUI crash that caused bodily harm.
