(KTVE/KARD)- The Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Commission (LWFC) adopted a resolution setting the Louisiana Waterfowl Conservation Stamp, or the Louisiana Duck Stamp, at $15 during its August meeting Thursday (Aug. 7) in Baton Rouge.
