THE COLONY (KDAF) — Fritz’s Adventure – The Colony introduces two new community-focused initiatives launching this fall, reinforcing its commitment to inclusivity, connection, and active play for all children and families in North Texas.

Free Admission for Foster & Adopted Youth

Effective immediately, all foster and adopted children aged 17 and under will receive free all-day admission to Fritz’s Adventure in The Colony. Families simply need to provide brief documentation of foster or adoptive status upon arrival—such as placement papers, certificates, or court documents. These documents are shown only and not turned over to the business. No reservations or special arrangements are required. This initiative is available year-round as part of general admission and does not apply to group sales.

New Homeschool Days Begin September 2

Beginning September 2 and running through May 20, 2026, Fritz’s will introduce weekly Homeschool Days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout the academic year. Homeschool students of all ages will receive a special discounted rate of $19 for a 3-hour Limited Access Pass. Families will simply need to provide homeschool verification upon arrival—such as a co-op receipt, lesson plan, or homeschool ID—to take advantage of this promotion. Tickets can be purchased in advance on the website or in person upon arrival.

Blackout Dates: Nov. 25–26, Dec. 23–24, and Dec. 30–31, 2025.

Both initiatives are designed as long-term community pillars to give families consistent, affordable ways to stay active and connected, reinforcing Fritz’s focus of family-first adventure.

Fritz’s Adventure is located at 5651 Nebraska Furniture Mart Drive, The Colony, Texas 75056.  For more information about Fritz’s Adventure and to secure tickets, visit the website
