The program is designed to introduce participants to the experience and practice of using mindfulness to reduce stress.
Attendees will learn about the benefits of using mindfulness to reduce stress, understand how to recognize their personal stressors, and experience mindful skills, such as breathing and movement, as ways to relax and manage stress.
