Based in North Arkansas, The Leslie Williams Band is known for its energetic blend of country, southern rock, blues, and classic hits. The five-member group features seasoned musicians from the Twin Lakes area and Mississippi, with decades of combined performance experience.
Lead singer Leslie Williams, of Lakeview, began performing professionally at age 7, singing with her mother’s band. Guitarist Terry Batterton, a Mountain Home native, played with the well-known local Crossfire Band for more than 20 years. Drummer Anthony Racaniello, from Flippin, brings experience from venues across the East Coast and Arkansas.
Rounding out the group are Ken and Lonnie Williams, brothers originally from Mississippi, whose deep roots in Delta blues and southern rock add to the band’s distinctive sound.
Formerly known as The Highstrung Band, the group has performed at local venues including Yellville’s Music on the Square and Mountain Home’s Friday Night Live.
