Louisville man fighting for life after allegedly being shot multiple times by Carroll County man
MONTEREY, Ky. (FOX 56) — An early morning shooting in Monterey on Saturday led to a Louisville man being flown to Lexington for life-threatening injuries and the suspect being taken into custody.
It happened around 2 a.m. on Saturday, according to Kentucky State Police. Troopers from Post 5 were dispatched and found 26-year-old Jamar Douglas unconscious and said he’d been shot multiple times.
State police said in a news release that 52-year-old Gary Bullion of Ghent was the one who allegedly shot him. He was taken into custody with multiple pending charges, including drug-related offenses.
Douglas was flown to the University of Kentucky Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
