Averi Dickinson, who was 19 at the time of her arrest, was originally charged with a criminal complaint of conspiring to distribute and distributing controlled substances, as well as possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
In January 2023, the FBI began investigating Dickinson after learning she ran a drug distribution service called “Kiki’s Delivery Service,” according to court documents. Officials said she advertised and took orders for illegal narcotics on Instagram, Snapchat and Telegram.
Investigators found that Dickinson had been running the service for up to three years, taking orders for cocaine, LSD, MDMA, ketamine, marijuana and pills – both real and fake, authorities said.
Dickinson was also identified as a supply source within a larger drug distribution chain responsible for several drug overdoses in minors.
In June 2023, investigators said they seized cocaine, ketamine, marijuana, counterfeit Xanax bars, over ,000 in cash, a loaded 9mm handgun with an extended magazine, a loaded AR-style rifle, as well as a bulletproof vest from Dickinson’s home and vehicle.
According to court documents, Dickinson told investigators she was known as the “only person who sells drugs in Clackamas.” Additionally, she believed about half of her clients were minors and that several minors acted as drug runners to fulfill deliveries.
After being taken into custody, Dickinson made her first appearance in federal court on June 15, 2023, was detained, then granted a conditional pre-trial release on August 9, 2023.
A trial date was originally set for later that month, but was postponed multiple times before Dickinson entered a guilty plea on two of the 15 counts of her indictment on May 6, 2025. These charges were distribution of a controlled substance to a person under the age of 21 and sale of a counterfeit drug.
All of the other counts — including those noted in the criminal complaint — were dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
On Friday, Dickinson was sentenced by Judge Amy Baggio to 24 months in prison, with five years supervised release. She will begin her sentence on Oct. 2.
