Louisville metro police auction includes cars, dirt bikes, motorcycles

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — The Louisville Metro Police Department is holding a digital auction to sell off unclaimed vehicles.

Auction organizers said the department currently has around 100 vehicles up for auction, with some vehicles being as new as 2020.

Things up for bid include a 1993 Pontiac Grand Prix, 2020 Toyota Camry, 2008 Cadillac CTS, 1998 Harley-Davidson Electra-Glide, and much more. All vehicles must be towed from the lot by a tow truck.

The auction is set to end on Sunday. To view items and place a bid, visit the online auction.

Check-out will be on Aug. 14, and pickup will be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. All vehicles must be picked up by Aug. 20.
