NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department is trying to identify and arrest a suspect accused in a pair of Mid-City theft investigations. The case is the latest one to roll on the Wheel of Justice.

According to police, the first theft happened around 7 p.m. on July 25 in the 500 block of North Hennessey Street. Police say a man arrived in the area on a bicycle and used it to tow away a recycling bin that was stolen from a business there.
