The incident occurred on Eastview Drive near the intersection of Smith Chapel Road on August 3.
Deputies said the victim was transported by another person to a home on V Robinson Road in the Glade community. They said the victim sustained multiple dog bites and was transported to South Central Regional Medical Center (SCRMC) in Laurel for treatment.
The victim told authorities that four large dogs attacked her. Deputies said they were unable to locate the dogs or the victims’ cell phone and backpack at the scene of the attack.
Residents in the area are urged to pay attention for aggressive dogs and call 911 should they encounter them.
