Concord police dog helps officers seize meth and cash

(KRON) – A police dog assisted officers in an arrest last week, according to the Concord Police Department.

For unknown reasons, Concord police officers pulled over a vehicle on Thursday. K9 Tripp, a police dog, led the officers to more than an ounce of methamphetamine and approximately $800 in cash.

According to police, the driver had six prior drug convictions.

The pooch posed in sunglasses while indoors after the bust. Concord PD said, “K9 Tripp was all nose and no nonsense.”
