West St. Paul police arrest 2 juveniles in St. Paul following vehicle pursuit

A stolen vehicle led law enforcement to a residence in St. Paul, where two juvenile suspects were taken into custody.

According to the West St. Paul Police Department, officers located a Dodge Durango that had been reported as stolen near Robert Street South and Butler Avenue around 10:40 p.m.

The vehicle refused to pull over, leading police on a chase, until the Minnesota State Patrol helicopter arrived and was able to follow the vehicle.

The helicopter followed the car to a house in the 900 block of Farrington Street in St. Paul, where two occupants were seen leaving the car and entering the home.

Along with the Minnesota State Patrol, St. Paul police and the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office, the West St. Paul Police Department was able to enter the home and take the two suspects into custody.

Both suspects are 17-year-old males.
