BOX ELDER COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — The body of a missing 41-year-old man from Davis County has been found at Willard Bay State Park, according to the Utah Dept. of Natural Resources.
At around 11 p.m. on Aug. 2, rescue crews recovered the missing man’s body from Willard Bay State Park Reservoir. The man went
missing Saturday afternoon after reportedly falling off an inflatable raft with one other person on the reservoir.
The other individual was taken to the hospital while the 41-year-old man remained missing.

“This is a tragic and unfortunate circumstance,” a release states. “The Utah Department of Natural Resources Law Enforcement Division extends condolences to family and friends. The incident remains under investigation at this time.”
The department also thanked the Box Elder County Sheriff’s Office, Willard City Police Department, and Weber County Sheriff’s Office for their responses to this incident.
The identity of the deceased has not been released at this time.
