Bakeshop claiming to have the ‘best cookies’ set to open fifth location

(KRON) –  A Bay Area cookie shop that claims to have the “best cookies in the Bay” made a sweet announcement on social media. Top-rated cookie bakery Butter Pecan Bakeshop is opening its fifth location in Vallejo this month.

Cookies & cream, banana pudding, tea cake, strawberries & cream cookies are among the bakeshop’s classic flavors. Butter Pecan also has monthly rotating flavors. For August, the monthly flavors are the sock-it-to-me and oatmeal chocolate chunk cookies. 

Per Butter Pecan’s website, the cookie shop ensures that its recipes don’t compromise the quality of its ingredients. 

“Our cookies are made with premium ingredients and REAL butter,” the bakeshop said on its website. “Our cookies are crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside and moist and buttery throughout! We bake cookies for anyone that appreciates gourmet baked goods filled with layers of flavor.”

Butter Pecan Bakeshop’s flagship store is in Pinole, and its other shops are in Emeryville, Pleasant Hill and Fairfield. According to the bakery’s Instagram, the Vallejo location is set to open in August. 

The newest shop’s address is 3272 Sonoma Blvd, Suite 1.
