All Kind says that these dogs have been selected to be on the urgent list, “on a variety of factors, including behavioral concerns (such as reactivity towards people or other animals), serious medical conditions, deteriorating conditions in the kennel, and space limitations.”
The shelter is currently intaking more animals than it is adopting out, causing an issue with available space.
