Dixon Police seek help finding lost K9 Vesuc
DIXON, Ill. (WTVO) — Dixon Police are asking the public for help finding a lost K9.

K9 Vesuc was last seen around 1 a.m. near West Graham Street in Dixon. He is about 80 pounds and is wearing a black collar.

If anyone sees Vesuc, officers warned people not to approach him because he may be startled or disoriented while being separated from his handler.

Dixon’s police chief said they are working tirelessly to find him.

“K-9 Vesuc is not just a highly trained police service dog; he’s a beloved member of our department and our community,” said Chief Ryan Bivins. “Our officers are working around the clock to bring him home safely, and we’re asking for the public’s help in this effort. We are deeply grateful for your support.”
