(KRON) — A 29-year-old man was arrested this week for arranging to meet a 13-year-old with the intent to engage in lewd and lascivious acts, the Brentwood Police Department announced Thursday. Ty Leighton, who is on felony probation, also had a felony warrant for a commercial burglary in Brentwood.

According to county jail records, Leighton was arrested Tuesday, July 29 at 9:38 a.m.

Leighton was booked into the West County Detention Facility in Richmond, BPD said. The department released Leighton’s photo in hopes that more victims would come forward.

Anyone with more information about the suspect is asked to contact BPD. Additional victims are asked to contact the department at 925-809-7911; they can remain anonymous.

The Orinda Police Department, Martinez Police Department and Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation.
