Volunteers hope to reopen Philly’s school libraries

The West Philadelphia Alliance for Children has one goal in mind: to bring books, reading, and libraries to low-income schoolchildren.

Executive Director Jennifer Leith and parent volunteer Lolita Whyte talked about why this is so important for the children in The School District of Philadelphia.
