VILLE PLATTE, La. (KLFY) — Ville Platte Mayor, Ryan Leday Williams, invites all families and students to Back to School Splash Bash this Sunday.
The event will be held at the Northside Civic Center at 704 N Soileau St. and will begin at 3 p.m.
The community will have a chance to enjoy free food such as hamburgers ,hotdogs, refreshments and snow cones.
Families are also able to participate by in a school supply giveaway, hop in on a fun jump, water slide, dunking booth, water volleyball and even party with a clown for balloon and face painting.

The event will close out with our annual bike ride through the city. According to press release, golf carts are also welcome to participate.
