The St. Paul Police Department is asking residents to be on the lookout for a vulnerable adult who has been missing since Tuesday.

Jorge needs medication for his health, and has gone multiple days without taking it as of Thursday.
Anyone who has information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the police at 651-291-1111.
