Mary Washington Monument vandalized, Fredericksburg police investigating

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. (DC News Now) — The Fredericksburg Police Department is investigating an act of vandalism at the Mary Washington Monument.

In a post to Facebook around 11 a.m. Tuesday, police asked the public for any information after the monument was found spray-painted, stating, “ANTIFA” as seen below:
