Activities will include unarmed and armed drill instruction, marksmanship, drone operations, SeaPerch robotics, and orienteering. Additional events such as paper airplane contests, Brain Brawl quizzes, and the PT/Raiders physical challenge are also planned. A daily “Cadet of the Day” award will be given, culminating in a “Cadet of the Week” honor on Friday.
Cadets will also participate in leadership forums and mentoring sessions with NJROTC staff and upperclassmen.
Organizers say the training is designed to build teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills in both academic and physical settings.
