JPS Superintendent’s Hotline available starting Monday

JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Leaders with the Jackson Public School District (JPS) announced the Superintendent’s Hotline will be available to assist with questions or concerns during the first two days of school.

The Hotline will be available from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 28 and Tuesday, July 29, 2025, by calling 601-960-2781. Spanish speaking translators will also be available.

The service is designed to support parents, guardians and students. The operators will assist with questions about registration, bus routes and other back-to-school matters.
