14 arrested in Chesterfield County drug sting
In the early morning hours of July 24, the Mooresville Police Department conducted a welfare check regarding a man on the side of the roadway on Charlotte Highway. Officers located Tylor Scott Perry, 28, of Mooresville, unconscious on the shoulder.
During the encounter, officers located a gun concealed on Perry’s person, and he was arrested. During the arrest, he was found in possession of approximately 30 grams of methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia.
Perry was charged with Trafficking Methamphetamine, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Schedule II-Controlled Substance, Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon, Carry of a Concealed Weapon, and other controlled substance violations.
He is being held at the Iredell County Detention Center without bond.
