Modern Honduran eatery Alma Cafe will host a fiesta in honor of the holiday, complete with $5 margaritas, $3 tequila shots, $25 margarita pitchers, $9 Palomas and $7 tequila espresso martinis. According to a news release, the restaurant will also offer $5 Honduran tacos for “the ultimate Tequila & Tapas experience.”
Tujague’s has several National Tequila Day offerings ranging from $11 to $76, according to a news release. Patrons can enjoy the featured cocktail called the “King’s Cup,” which is made with Jose Cuervo Blanco tequila, blackberry cinnamon syrup, Giffard Crème de Mûre and lemon. The restaurant is also offering four curated flights with a wide variety of tequilas.
From 4 to 9 p.m., Costera will offer $10 well margaritas to mark the occasion. According to a news release, guests can choose from a variety of flavors, from pineapple to watermelon. To secure a reservation, call 504-302-2332.
According to the Los Jefes Facebook page, the restaurant is hosting a fiesta from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. All house margaritas, made with el Jimador tequila, will be $5 all day. Patrons can also purchase both a margarita and tequila shot for $12. VDJ Emotion will also play a set at Los Jefes from 6 to 10 p.m.
Happy hour deals on Felipe’s margaritas will take place from open to close on July 24. According to the Felipe’s website, all guests need to do is show their Felipe’s app at checkout.
Patrons at Chili’s on July 24 can get a Tequila Trifectas for $5. The drink trio comes with el Jimador Silver, 1800 Reposado and Jose Cuervo Gold with triple sec and fresh sour. According to the Chili’s website, this special is only available today, so be sure not to miss out.
