ST. BERNARD PARISH, La. (WGNO) — A New Orleans man has been arrested and faces drug charges following an investigation that occurred in St. Bernard Parish.
According to the St. Bernard Parish Sheriff’s Office, an investigation by the Special Investigations Division Narcotics Unit led to 32-year-old Stephan Massey, of the 7600 block of Vincent Road in New Orleans, being arrested.
He was booked into the St. Bernard Parish Prison, where he faces charges of possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, proceeds from drug transactions, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal window tint.
Through the investigation, sheriff’s office officials also say they allegedly seized $10,380 and a PTR9 firearm. Massey’s bond is set at $186,100.
