2 dogs get loose from home, bite person and their dog in Hyattsville

HYATTSVILLE, Md. (DC News Now) — Police said they cited someone after their two dogs got loose and bit a person and another dog in Hyattsville.

The Hyattsville Police Department (HPD) said on Monday, July 21, at around 8:30 p.m., two dogs got lost from a home located in the 6100 block of Enquirer St. One of the dogs bit someone’s leg, and the other dog bit the dog that the person was walking.

Both dogs are currently being quarantined, according to HPD.
