Narcotics investigation leads to 6 arrests in Grant County

GRANT COUNTY, Ind. — Six people were arrested after deputies recently seized cocaine, marijuana and multiple firearms in Grant County.

The Grant County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the arrests of six individuals following the conclusion of a narcotics investigation in Marion. Deputies executed search warrants at homes in the 2100 block of S. Boots Street, the 3500 block of S. Boots Street and the 100 block of South D Street.

While searching the homes, GCSO said deputies recovered around 50.3 grams of cocaine, 114.3 grams of marijuana/THC gummies, 4.6 grams of MDMA, an AR-15 rifle, three handguns, packaging material, scales and drug paraphernalia.

Anthony Hall, 45, faces the following preliminary charges:

  • Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug with Intent to Deliver (Level 2 Felony)
  • Possession of a Firearm by a Serious Violent Felon (Level 4 Felony)
  • Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Level 6 Felony)
  • Possession of Legend Drug (Level 6 Felony)
  • Possession of Marijuana (Class B Misdemeanor)
  • Possession of paraphernalia (Class C Misdemeanor)

GCSO said Hall also had an active arrest warrant related to four counts of dealing cocaine and one count of maintaining a common nuisance. He is currently being held in the Grant County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond.

Shaun Cummings, 47, faces the following preliminary charges:

  • Four counts of Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug with Intent to Deliver (Level 4 Felony)
  • Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug (Level 6 Felony)
  • Possession of Methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)
  • Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Level 6 Felony)
  • Dealing in Marijuana (Class A Misdemeanor)

GCSO noted that Cummings is on active probation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person.

Sha’Onta Davis, 45, faces the following preliminary charges:

  • Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Level 6 Felony)
  • Possession of Marijuana (Class B Misdemeanor)

Todd Faulkner, 37, is under a $20,000 cash bond after he was charged with three counts of dealing in cocaine. All are level 4 felonies.

Jeremiah Johnson, 20, faces the following charges:

  • Maintaining a Common Nuisance (Level 6 Felony)
  • Possession of Marijuana (Class B Misdemeanor)
  • Possession of Paraphernalia (Class C Misdemeanor)

Lastly, Audrianna Garcia was preliminarily charged with Maintaining a Common Nuisance, which is a Level 6 Felony. The investigation remains active.
