The shooting happened on July 18, around 8 p.m., near Elm Street and Roosevelt Avenue. Officers found evidence on the scene.
The victim went to the Town of Beloit Fire Department and was taken by ambulance to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Officials are asking the public for assistance with the investigation.
