HOPE/TEXARKANA, Ark. (KTAL/KMSS) – The University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana (UAHT) is looking to partner with a food service establishment to manage its campus dining operation.

“The College seeks to select a contractor that offers the best combination of value, service, and commitment to providing high-quality dining experiences for students, faculty, and staff,” a press release stated.

Food service establishments that meet the qualifications are encouraged to submit a Request for Proposal. Responsibilities include operating the retail food service and launching along with the Fall 2025 semester on Wednesday, August 20.

“UAHT, a two-year institution within the University of Arkansas System, serves the Southwest Arkansas region with affordable and high-quality educational programs,” a press release stated. “While the College will maintain control of all vending machine operations, it seeks a food service partner capable of enhancing the campus experience through reliable, appealing, and cost-effective dining services.

“Proposals will be evaluated based on overall cost, service scope, operational capability, and the contractor’s demonstrated ability to deliver a consistent, high-quality food service program.”
