Police said Quinmarion Crisler, 20, was arrested on July 14. He was charged with shooting into an occupied dwelling. Police said Jamaal Henderson, 39, was arrested on July 11. He was charged with shooting into a dwelling, and his bond was set at $250,000.
Officers previously arrested Linden Ford, 18, in connection to the shooting. He was charged with one count of shooting into an occupied dwelling.
The shooting occurred in the Brookhollow neighborhood around 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 9.
Jackson Police Chief Joseph Wade said the shootout involved two groups and spanned several blocks in the neighborhood. Multiple cars and homes were damaged by assault rifles and handguns. No injuries were reported.
According to the police chief, two guns and drugs were recovered during the investigation. Investigators believe the shootout occurred due to an ongoing issue that could be drug-related.
