Shreveport Volunteer Network needs your help to assist flood victims in Texas
SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – The Shreveport Volunteer Network is stepping up to support neighbors in need following devastating flooding in Texas. The organization is asking the community to donate essential supplies to help flood victims recover and rebuild.
Volunteers will be accepting donations this weekend at their warehouse located at 8924 Jewella Ave. in Shreveport. The donation drop-off schedule is as follows:

According to Keith Bryant, Co-founder of Shreveport Volunteer Network, crews are already out working in parts of Texas. They plan to leave with the donated supplies as early as Sunday.
