Hot & rather dry with few worries
SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – Once today’s rain ends across the ArkLaTex, it’s likely that we won’t see much more through most of next week.  Temperatures will soar next week as upper-level high pressure dominates our weather.  The tropics will also remain quiet.

Tropical worries?  The National Hurricane Center continues to indicate that worries in the tropics will be non-existent through the next week.  Long-range models suggest that we could stay quiet through most of the rest of July.
