3.7-magnitude quake reported near Monterey County

(BCN) — A magnitude 3.7 earthquake was reported near Monterey County early Saturday morning, according to USGS.

The quake was recorded at 1:31 a.m., more than 15 miles east northeast of Soledad, at least 17 miles north northeast of Greenfield, and nearly 23 miles north of King City.

The temblor had a depth of 11.7 kilometers, according to USGS.
