BOSSIER, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — The Krewe of Gemini will host its annual coronation celebration in Bossier this year.
The Rio Royal Coronation will feature a live DJ, dinner, silent auction, and a presentation of the Krewe of Gemini’s royal court. Black tie is optional, but cocktail attire is encouraged. According to the press release, guests can expect dazzling costumes, coronation fanfare, community, and Carnival flair that is ideal for photos and videos. This event will include:
- 6:00 PM – Pre-event gathering
- 6:30 PM – Doors open & silent auction begins
- 7:00 PM – Dinner served
- 8:00 PM – Royal presentation
- 9:00 PM – Dancing begins
- 10:00 PM – Auction ends
Tickets are priced at $85 for individuals aged 13 and older, and $60 for those aged 12 and under. The event is scheduled for Saturday, July 19, at Live! Casino and Resort.
