According to Livingston Parish Sheriff Jason Ard, deputies were alerted to an incident where shots were being fired from a Dodge Hellcat in Oak Hills Subdivision in the Watson area. He said bullet shell casings were found on Sagebrush Drive.
“We are thankful for alert citizens who choose to work with us. They noticed something that didn’t seem right. Called us in. This is the result of that teamwork,” Ard said.
The sheriff’s office said the suspect vehicle was found on July 8, and a search warrant was secured. Deputies seized a .223 caliber AR-style pistol, a 7.62 caliber Draco-style AK, three 9mm handguns, three grams of suspected marijuana, and a THC vape cart.
Christian Dyson, 24, and Alonzo Clark, 31, were arrested and charged with illegal use of a weapon (life at risk).
