PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — The Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD) is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information in connection with a homicide investigation in Landover.

Around 1 a.m. on July 6, officers were called to investigate a shooting in the 7500 block of Allendale Dr. There, police found 21-year-old J’len Livingston of Clinton, who had been shot.

He was taken to the hospital, where he died shortly after arriving.

Prince George’s County detectives are working to establish a motive and identify suspect(s). At this point in the investigation, authorities do not believe the shooting was random.

The PGPD said it is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information that leads to an arrest and indictment in this case.
