MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis Grizzlies have traded center Jay Huff to the Indiana Pacers, reports said.

In exchange for Huff, the Grizzlies will receive a second-round pick and one second-round pick swap.

Huff joined the Grizzlies in 2024, and in his lone season with the team, he averaged 6.9 points and two rebounds per game.

He also shot 40.5% beyond the arc, which was third-best on the team.

Huff will add depth to the Pacers’ frontcourt in 2025-26. The Milwaukee Bucks signed the Pacers’ starting center, Myles Turner, to a four-year contract on Tuesday, leaving Indiana short-handed at the position.

Before signing Huff, the Pacers did not have any centers officially signed to their roster, as their 2024-25 backups at the position — Tony Bradley and Thomas Bryant — are currently free agents.
