PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — Police are searching for a man they say took inappropriate photos of a 13-year-old girl inside a store in the Potomac Mills mall Wednesday afternoon.

Just after 12:30 p.m., officers responded to MINISO, a global retail store located inside Potomac Mills, to investigate an incident of “unlawful filming.”

At the store, police learned that a 13-year-old girl was with her family when a man she did not know was spotted crouching down and taking photos of her, according to the Prince William County Police Department.

Store security had a brief conversation with the man before he left the store, and no physical interaction took place between him and the girl.
