AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Austin Police Department said that members of the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force arrested a 28-year-old man Thursday, in connection with a June 22 homicide in southeast Austin, according to a press release.
Vondell Louis Crawford is charged with first-degree murder in the death of 29-year-old Keaton Delcore.
KXAN will reach out to Crawford’s legal representation when that information becomes available.
Just after midnight on June 22, officers responded to a 911 caller reporting a person “bleeding on the ground” of a convenience store parking lot in the 2100 block of Wickersham Lane.
Crawford is currently held at the Travis County Jail on a $250,000 bond, according to the jail’s website.
