TEXARKANA, USA (KTAL/KMSS) – Chris and Melissa Fuller, owners of The Eagle Bourbon & Wine Lounge, were awarded a grant from Main Street Texarkana and Main Street Arkansas to help restore the Ragland Cigar Store building at 116 E. Broad St. in historic downtown Texarkana.

“The unique aspect of the Main Street program is the combination of business and preservation,” said Main Street Texarkana director Ina McDowell. “We help match entrepreneurs with beautiful, historic locations in the oldest part of Texarkana.”

The Main Street Program aims to help businesses located in the Main Street Texarkana District, most of which are eligible for renovation grants or other forms of assistance. To learn more, go to mainstreettexarkana.org, their Facebook page, or call 903-278-6441.
