No one hurt in Howard County house fire

HOWARD COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — No one was hurt after a Friday house fire in Howard County, according to Howard County Fire and EMS.

Firefighters responded to reports of a house fire around 4 p.m. in the 6300 block of Beechfield Avenue in Elkridge.

There, flames were found in the basement and were extinguished before spreading to the rest of the house.

All residents were safely evacuated.
