LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) — Lafayette Police Department were on the scene in the 200 block of Alcide Dominique Dr., due to a fatal motor vehicle accident.
The accident involved a motorcycle with the driver of the motorcycle pronounced dead at the scene. Another passenger involved was transported to a local hospital for minor injuries, police said.
Police said the identity of the victim shall be provided once family and friends have been notified.
